A playful first class for babies and their favorite grown-up! Through music, gentle movement, stretches, and interactive play, little ones build coordination, body awareness, and early motor skills while exploring rhythm and sound. Grown-ups join in with simple stretches and shared activities that encourage connection, relaxation, and fun together.
*Bring your yoga mat and your favorite prop to sit your child up (Boppy, etc.)
